This policy covers the public Dezentralice website and requests for information, demos and pilots. It does not replace the data-processing arrangements for a customer’s deployed workspace.

Who is responsible for your data
SmashSoft S.L., operating under the Neocody brand in Spain, is responsible for personal information collected through this public website and its contact requests.
The information you provide
The form collects your name, company, work email, optional role, demo or pilot preference, a short description of your use case and the selected language. Do not include confidential documents or sensitive personal information.
Hosting and security services may process limited connection information, such as IP addresses, request times and browser details, to operate and protect the website.
Purposes and legal bases
We use contact details to answer professional enquiries, discuss demos and assess possible pilots. This relies on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and, where applicable, on pre-contractual steps requested by you under Article 6(1)(b).
Limited technical records help keep the website available and secure, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. We may also retain information when a legal obligation requires it.
The required fields are needed to handle your form request; your role is optional. You may instead contact us by email. The form does not subscribe you to advertising communications.
Recipients and international transfers
Requests pass through the website server to Neocody’s configured support intake service. Information may be accessed by the team handling your enquiry and providers involved in hosting, infrastructure or communications for that purpose.
We do not sell personal information or share it for third parties’ own marketing. Service-provider processing must have appropriate safeguards. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to answer and follow up your request and, if a commercial relationship develops, to manage it.
Information may subsequently be retained with restricted access for applicable legal obligations or claims. Technical logs are kept only for the operational and security period appropriate to their purpose.
Your data protection rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Write to Neocody with enough information to identify your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority.
Website storage and product previews
This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. Language is selected in the URL. Product previews use sample data and do not send questions or documents to an AI model.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the website or applicable requirements change. Contact Neocody using the email address above with questions about your information. Data handling for a deployed workspace is agreed separately for the relevant demo, pilot or commercial deployment.
